The earrings come in different pairs, but you can choose a symmetrical option by indicating this wish in the comments to your order.

The ring is adjustable in two sizes, both up and down. However, we recommend that you do not resize more than a few times, as silver is a soft metal that can break. Ideally, order the ring in the size you need so that we can carefully adjust it to your finger.

Please note that our earrings have 11 mm long and 1.15 mm diameter studs. These studs may not be suitable for people with very thin piercings, and sometimes (in the first few days of wearing) may cause slight discomfort until your ears get used to them.

Silver is a sensitive metal that can change color when exposed to moisture, cosmetics, perfumes, or household chemicals. To avoid tarnishing, remove jewelry before contact with water and store in a dry place away from cosmetics. If silver does tarnish, it can be cleaned with a special product or simply wiped with a soft cloth.

For additional protection, we recommend coating silver products with rhodium - this will preserve their shine and prevent scratches.

Polished surfaces require special care. Silver is a soft metal, so scratches appear more quickly than on gold. To maintain the mirror shine of your rings, we recommend periodically polishing them at a jeweler or wiping them regularly with a soft cloth.

Chains can wear out if they are not removed before going to bed or if the pendant is significantly heavier than the chain. To avoid premature breakage, it is important to maintain the correct weight balance: in classic weaves it can be 1:1, while for more delicate options a ratio of 2:1 in favor of the chain is recommended.

Stud earrings with silver clasps lose their elasticity over time. Before each wearing, it is worth checking how tightly they hold, and tightening them if necessary. For greater reliability, we recommend choosing gold clasps or stud earrings with threads ("twists"), which provide a stronger fixation.

Secret Garden jewelry has the official seal of the State Treasury Enterprise of Assay Control, which confirms their quality and compliance with the DSTU 3527-97 standard.

The warranty period from the date of purchase is:

-          12 months for silver products;

-          18 months for gold products.

The warranty is valid only if the rules for storing and using the jewelry are followed.

What is included in the warranty?  

• Correction of defects caused by manufacturing errors;
• One-time free gold plating upgrade on plated jewelry;
• Professional cleaning and polishing of metal and stones;
• Fixing fastener malfunctions;
• Size adjustment in case of manufacturing or technical error.

 The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• damage to jewelry due to impacts, falls, improper care or operation;
• chips, cracks in inserts in jewelry;
• natural wear and tear and aging of the product;
• contact of the jewelry with household chemicals, organics (detergents, perfumes, varnishes, etc.), medicines, iodine;
• damage due to swimming or bathing with jewelry;
• damage while playing sports with jewelry;
• breakage of a chain, bracelet or necklace due to stretching or use with a heavy pendant (the weight of the pendant should not exceed 2/3 of the weight of the chain);
• lace breakage or deformation (leather, rubber, silk, etc.);
• clouding of natural stone;
• abrasion of the coating (darkening of silver is a natural process and is not considered a defect - to prevent this, we recommend care or rhodium plating);
• thread abrasion, loss of twists in stud earrings, harpoon bending (lack of click when closing) in earrings with English locks;
• change in ring size (it has become too small or too large).

How to apply for a warranty?

1. Write to our manager and describe the situation in detail.
2. Send clear photos of the jewelry in daylight or bright artificial light.
3. Send the product for inspection via Nova Poshta (details will be provided by the manager).
4. If the case is covered by warranty, we will carry out the repair at our own expense. If the damage is not covered by warranty, we will offer paid service options.
