Виготовлена сережка на зручній та надійній закрутці.

Зверніть увагу, що у наших сережках золоті та срібні штифти довжиною 11 мм і діаметром 1.15 мм. Такі штифти можуть не підійти людям з дуже тонкими проколами, та іноді (-в перші кілька днів носіння) можуть викликати легкий дискомфорт, поки вуха не звикнуть.

Виготовлення прикрас займає від 20 робочих днів.

The warranty period from the date of purchase is:

-          12 months for silver products;

-          18 months for gold products.

The warranty is valid only if the rules for storing and using the jewelry are followed.

What is included in the warranty?  

• Correction of defects caused by manufacturing errors;
• One-time free gold plating upgrade on plated jewelry;
• Professional cleaning and polishing of metal and stones;
• Fixing fastener malfunctions;
• Size adjustment in case of manufacturing or technical error.

 The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• damage to jewelry due to impacts, falls, improper care or operation;
• chips, cracks in inserts in jewelry;
• natural wear and tear and aging of the product;
• contact of the jewelry with household chemicals, organics (detergents, perfumes, varnishes, etc.), medicines, iodine;
• damage due to swimming or bathing with jewelry;
• damage while playing sports with jewelry;
• breakage of a chain, bracelet or necklace due to stretching or use with a heavy pendant (the weight of the pendant should not exceed 2/3 of the weight of the chain);
• lace breakage or deformation (leather, rubber, silk, etc.);
• clouding of natural stone;
• abrasion of the coating (darkening of silver is a natural process and is not considered a defect - to prevent this, we recommend care or rhodium plating);
• thread abrasion, loss of twists in stud earrings, harpoon bending (lack of click when closing) in earrings with English locks;
• change in ring size (it has become too small or too large).

How to apply for a warranty?

1. Write to our manager and describe the situation in detail.
2. Send clear photos of the jewelry in daylight or bright artificial light.
3. Send the product for inspection via Nova Poshta (details will be provided by the manager).
4. If the case is covered by warranty, we will carry out the repair at our own expense. If the damage is not covered by warranty, we will offer paid service options.
