Rules for using Secret Garden gift certificates

1. Purpose of the certificate:
The gift certificate entitles its bearer to purchase jewelry made of precious metals and stones from the Secret Garden assortment for an amount corresponding to the face value of the certificate, at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.
2. Certificate form:
The certificate is not a means of payment or a security and is not exchangeable for cash.
3. Single use:
The certificate can be used only once. The amount is not divisible. If the order value is less, the balance is not refundable. If it exceeds the face value, the buyer pays the difference.
4. Summary of certificates:
Multiple certificates may be used with a single purchase.
5. Loss and damage:
In case of loss, damage or destruction, the certificate cannot be restored or replaced. Secret Garden reserves the right to refuse to accept the certificate if there are doubts about its authenticity. Copying or unauthorized use of certificates is prohibited.
6. Activation and validity period:
The certificate is activated from the moment of purchase. The certificate is valid for 12 months from the moment of purchase. After its expiration, the certificate is considered invalid, the funds are not refundable.
7. Place of use:
The certificate can be used when placing an order on the website: https://secretgarden.jewelry (https://secretgarden.jewelry/) and on the social network Instagram. If an electronic certificate is used:

• when ordering on the website, enter the unique certificate code in the "promotional code" column;
• When ordering on Instagram, show the unique certificate code to the manager in direct message.

8. Limitations:
The certificate cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers or additional discounts under discount programs. Certificates are non-refundable.
9. Disposal after use:
After the purchase is completed, the certificate is canceled and removed (in the case of a paper form).
