Exchange and return

Secret Garden is not a stamped production, but an individual hand-made process.

We reproduce the general idea, however, due to the design features of the product or stones, the jewelry cannot be copied and repeated one by one, as in the photo.

Each piece of jewelry is unique and one-of-a-kind, as it is impossible to recreate the same mood or exact lines twice by hand.

Rough shapes, asymmetries, and intentionally unfinished natural textures are created specifically to look "imperfect."

Our value is in naturalness and uniqueness.

Keep this in mind when ordering and first getting to know the piece of jewelry. It may take you a little while to truly love it.

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and Appendix No. 3 "List of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return)", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, jewelry made of precious metals of proper quality is not subject to exchange or return.

However, Secret Garden reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept jewelry (Goods) that the Buyer wishes to return.

The return of Goods of proper quality is not carried out if:

• more than 14 days have passed since the purchase;
• there is no brand label on the Product;
• there are visible signs of use or mechanical damage;
• the product has lost its properties due to improper use (staying in a swimming pool, contact with detergents, substances with chlorine, iodine, creams or ointments with mercury or its compounds, as well as due to the action of other aggressive external factors);
• the product was manufactured or modified to an individual order.
