Payment, delivery and lead times

You can pay for your order in two ways:

— cashless payment to the Secret Garden bank account when ordering via our Instagram and Facebook
— By purchasing in installments from Monobank.

Terms

If the jewelry from your order is in stock, we will send it to you within 2 business days. Jewelry from our range that is currently out of stock takes an average of 15 business days to produce.

An individual order will be completed within 3-6 weeks, depending on the complexity and availability of stones.

Delivery

For orders over 5000 UAH, delivery is free. For orders under 5000 UAH and abroad, the customer pays for the shipping.

We do not send jewelry to territories that support the war in Ukraine.
